We ordered two 10 ounce ribeye steaks for carry out. We asked for them to be medium well and well done (absolutely no pink). When I picked them up, they said the MW steak had been cooked medium rare. I told the I could take it MR but they insisted that it be sent back to the kitchen to be cooked MW. Well, when I got home the well done steak had was pink when cut into and the MW steak was just a little more cooked than rare. We tried to eat the steaks but they were too tough. We threw out most of both steaks. I feel a $38 steak should be pleasurable to eat. A one star performance. Too bad.
