I placed an order for 3 chicken dinners Togo at 11:15 and was told they would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived in 15 minutes and waited 15 minutes. When I got home they were tenders. I went back and they replaced it with 2 chicken dinners . My wife and daughter and I split it up. I called back and ask the manager if he could take my name down and I would order another day. He told me I had to return to restaurant to get my dinner. I pointed out that I’d already been there twice. He replied he already gave free food and it was to bad if I didn’t come now.
