We are out of town guests who try to frequent anytime we are in the metroplex. This is not the only BABES we come to but the one we go to the most. We came down for a show in Ft Worth and came over to NRH site for an evening dinner around 8pm. Party of five. Young host greeted us and asked how many were in our party. He then went to look for a table to seat us (there were about 4-5 young workers congregating at entrance talking.) He then came back and asked AGAIN how many and then looked again and came back and sat us at the huge 10 person table just for the 5 of us. ( there were several smaller tables he could have sat us at ) Our server came and took drink order. We told him then we knew what meat we wanted. It took him 3 trips to bring the 5 drinks. Then we waited….. finally got salad and biscuits (biscuits were too brown and hard) then we waited …… our meat came and then he brought one bowl out of each side for the 5 of us. Two of us just had the vegetable plate. Two took a spoon of potatoes and gravy and then it was pretty much gone. Right away my sister said “can we get more potatoes and gravy!?” (Two of us had CFS and one had the tenders, plus the two who ordered JUST vegetable plate-and still that was all he sat down, even as that was their only food they were eating.)We again waited…..finally got another gravy and potatoes. By that time our CFS was cold. Not very enjoyable at all. None of us got any seconds of sides. We would have been there another hour waiting for seconds and by then we were very agitated at the whole thing. This is NOT the service we have EVER HAD at your establishment. We kept stating to each other how we couldn’t believe how bad it was. I’m sure we just happened to go on a bad night….IDK.
