More than a bit disappointed with last night’s experience. We’ve frequented the Sanger location for years and years as well as your other locations but always tell friends that Sanger is the best. So when another couple wanted to eat out, we picked Babes in Sanger. Rather downhill from there. The wait staff never asked if we wanted drink refills. So obviously when never got any. We had to ask multiple times for extra helpings (seriously the same size potions for 5 adults as when only 3 dine and you don’t watch your customers?). Never was asked if we wanted dessert. An iced tea was spilled on my daughter and all we got from staff/management was a wadded paper towel to try to dry her shirt. Accidents happen but not even an apology? Seriously? The bill was split between the 2 families. Ours was 2 tender meals, 1 vegetable. 1 drink and 2 waters. I only glanced to see 3 meals and a drink were charged and paid the bill. However when I got home I noticed we were charged for a chicken dinner vs the vegetable. And have the tenders gotten smaller? Heavy on the breading, bit light on the meat. Mischarged for subpar service that left me hungry afterwards. Definitely not the usual dining experience we have come to love and brag about.
