I was given two VIP cards by Joe for an unpleasant experience at this location. Joe was kind and pleasant when we had an exchange. Today, May 4th at an approximately 6:55pm, I made a phone call to the location to claim a VIP card to go. I was told that only Joe would allow me to use the cards. He never mentioned that. So I knew it wasn’t true. I was offered to speak with the manager, Kirk. He was also kind and pleasant. He stated that I could definitely use the card to get my to go order. I asked him why the young lady on the phone would say that. He stated that he didn’t know and took my order. When I came to pick up my food, it was brought to me curbside. A young lady brought me my order. I asked if she was the one of the phone. She laughed and said “no”. I didn’t understand why terrible customer service is so funny and loose at this location. This is the ONLY location where I have had bad experiences. Please do something about this. I like eating at Babe’s. I don’t want to stop altogether.
