My wife made a phone order to go at your Burleson location. She made a simple order of 3 adult chicken tenders with mashed potatoes gravy and biscuits. Asked for extra potatoes and gravy instead of the other sides. Then ordered an Entree of Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes gravy and biscuits only. Again requested extra potatoes and gravy. She arrived to pickup the order. A young woman come out took payment. The proceed to bring food to passenger side. My wife asked her to give it to her but she insisted on placing in passenger floorboard. She left made first turn to get on 35 service road and bag fell over and all food come out. She pulled over to pickup and resecure the items. At this point she noticed the order was missing one order of tenders and the order of Fried Chicken. They also included salad that she specifically didn’t request. She return to the restaurant and the young woman was very nonchalant and semi rude about the return. Then a gentleman come out wearing a red shirt (thought manager) asked what’s wrong with this order. She said it was missing chicken. He stated two orders of tenders in the bag. She goes read the ticket suppose to be three orders of tender and order of Fried Chicken. At this point my wife was so frustrated that her over $90 order was wrong not packed securely. That she just wanted refund. My wife felt it was handled very unprofessionally by the employees. I have been a loyal customer of Babes for a number years prior to Burleson location even being opened. I was at Burleson location the first week of opening. I’ve eaten at Roanoke location beginning early 2000’s or maybe even late 90’s. I have also been a consistent patron of Sweetie Pies in Richland Hills and location in Decatur prior to closing. I am very disappointed to hear of this service tonight and just felt compelled to let you know. This is not how we have been accustomed to being treated at your establishments.
