Cashier incorrectly rang up tip, changing a 15-20% tip to a 100% tip. This needs to be resolved.
I’m happy to provide more information. The check was paid for with a card under my name. We paid for four meals on Thursday, February 5th. Please review the original receipt again. I don’t recall the exact total but remember it was around $90. I expect I tipped between 15-20%. I was charged $186.79.
I understand accidents happen but I am extremely disappointed that this is possible. I would give the cashier the benefit of the doubt but a 100% tip? Really?
