These are meant to be constructive - I'm afraid you have lost your sparkle.
1) No welcome - No howdy, thanks for coming in tonight. Just a comment from a manager telling one of the young individuals - "take them to the outside room". 2) Most important - the air conditioning was "dangerously low". I don't use that work lightly. It never shut down and it blows directly on you. Diffusers would make a huge difference. People went to their cars to get blankets. Why would the manager not read the room? I saw mulitple women rubbing their arms and couldn't wait to get outside. (I honestly hope someone on your team didn't just say it helps turn the tables) 3) Catfish and tenders were good. The dark meat fried chicken was great. The fried chicken breast were overcooked by 1 -2 minutes. The meat was not juicy at all - it was tough. 4) When Cotton Eye Joe came on 2 staff members attempted to dance starting very close to the end of the song. No attempt was made to create a fun memorable moment.
There was not the usual large group waiting for tables when we left.
