I wanted to take a moment to follow up on my family's visit to the Babe's Cedar Hill location on 12/11/2025 to celebrate my daughter's Bday. I would like to make it clear that our 2 servers did the best they could, but my problem is that the two managers walking around never came to our tables to ask how our visit was going as they have done in the past or bother to help our servers. I had a clear view of them most of our visit and they stood in the kitchen area talking to each other while my group had horrible service. Here are the issues we experienced on this visit: only ONE round of biscuits, only ONE round of refills on tea and water AFTER we asked SEVERAL times for refills, I had to wait so long for my honey mustard sauce for my chicken tenders that they were cold by the time I got the sauce, someone in our group actually stood up and walked around to find a ketchup bottle to use after asking for it and never getting it. Another extremely frustrating issue during our visit was the lack of food in the bowls used for the sides! There was only enough in each bowl for one person to serve themselves and again it took TOO LONG for refills to come out. We've been to this location many times before with just my family of 5 and also with a larger family group as was the case on 12/11/2025 and we have NEVER had service that was this bad. I also visit the Carrollton location when I have out of town guests with our company or customers and they have also never let me down with the level of service they provide. I thought about posting these comments on an online site like Yelp or GOOGLE, but I decided to send them directly on your website and hope that this email does get reviewed and these issues addressed. As of right now, we would not go back to the Cedar Hill location after yesterday's visit. It was so bad that even my parents who have been with us to this location multiple times were complaining afterwards outside when we took family pictures.
