Complaint from Terri B

Took my 97 year old elderly mom to dinner about 5:45pm. Walked in asked the two greeters (a black young boy and a white blonde girl) requesting a table close due to my mom can’t walk far. The whole left side empty tables . The right side not too many. They no could not sit there. I asked why not? And certainly a waiter could certainly wait on us. The boy was very abrupt. I again requested to speak to manager.. he says, “Don’t get a damn attitude with me”. Unbelievable!! I’m a physician and I was applaud. He then goes to an area where your waitstaff were all gathered and noticed the looks I was getting. I was able to speak to manager, David Avery and manager, Becca. They were both apologizing for that behavior. That shouldn’t have happened!!!! Customers should be able to sit anywhere and be taken care. I was told the manager walked the boy out?? In my opinion, he should be terminated.. that’s a reflection on your character and restaurant!!! Nonetheless, our dinner was taken care of.. thank you.

Again, worst experience ever! And I know many restaurant managers and owners.. this behavior saying, “Don’t get a damn attitude with me” unacceptable!!
