To whom this may concern When placing an order over the phone on Saturday, December 13 at around 3 o’clock had a very bad experience with one of your team members that was taking my order over the phone he said his name is Pedro He was not very professional when it comes to taking orders over the phone. I would suggest that you retrain him and show him how to take orders over the phone without getting upset with the customer. When I proceeded to ask his name just to confirm, I had the right name he said not to worry about his name.
