I placed In order over the phone . Got to curbside pick up. I called when we got there the guy came out and we have a card when he was walking away somebody pulled up right next to us so he wanted for them so he could take there payment . He went inside and got out food and the car next to us food . He gave the food first to the car next to us then us . When he gave us our food and card back my husband noticed it was not his car it was to late the car next to us had already left . We waited outside for 30 minutes and we never got an update on our card if they had located it or what they were doing about . It’s really sad that they are not careful with cards and they end up in somebody else’s hands . Hopefully that person doesn’t try and use the card before we get to cancel it .
I would make sure yall have a better system so This doesn’t happen again .
