I have been a bubbas customer for over 30 years and have grown up going to your restaurant as a resident of the park cities, but after a recent experience with an order and the poor customer service of your staff I may never come back again.
On a catfish order (small portion) the menu online clearly says each portion size comes with two catfish with the only difference being that the large portion comes with the two vegetables.
I arrived home tonight to find that my order only had one catfish and after returning to Bubbas I kindly asked the staff to fix what in my mind was cleary a misrepresentation of the menu and I was kindly told to order a second catfish and that I was wrong. Your staff members exact words were it’s in the Asterisk of the menu that the small portion only comes with one catfish. This is nowhere on the menu and to be frank this person was lying.

If you want me back as a customer, you need to make this right and comp me a meal for the next time we come. Because this was a wasted $14.00 for us and an awful experience.
