I called to get some chicken to go at 1:50 PM. I was told the restaurant closed at 2 PM.. I told the lady “perfect, you’re still open could I please get some chicken “… The young lady, began to argue with me that the restaurant was closed at 2 PM .. I stated to the young lady that I understood that you close at 2 PM but it was only 1:50 PM and the restaurant had not closed yet. The employee began to argue with me telling me that it’s 150pm and it’s close enough to 2 o’clock and the store is closed. She continue to argue with me about the time which I thought was very unprofessional.. She then hung up on me in the middle of my sentence.. I’ve been going to Babes for 10 years and I’ve never been treated like this at any of the babes chickens locations. Babes chicken is the best chicken restaurant I’ve ever had but the employee that was answering the phone was very rude.
