We were a party of 6! Carla was our server! She greeted us fairly quickly and got our drink order and we received them and shortly after she took our order. We got our order fairly quickly. She never came back and couldn't find her and our drinks finally ran out! I had french fries and never got a chance to ask for ketchup.A manager never came by either! This was not our normal experience Our usual experience is excellent service and a manager to visit our table. We finally saw Carla again when she dropped off our checks and then quickly came back for our signed copies! Just fyi my dil has a problem and needs a lot of water to drink with her meal. Thank goodness she carries water with her and refilled her own glass a couple of times. We had q guest with us so this made our experience very disappointing!
